• The first cottage has two double bedrooms with queen size beds.
• The second cottage also has two double bedrooms with queen size beds but also has a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (this can be changed to another double if required).
• Disabled friendly bathroom with walk in shower.
• 42” Flat screen TV with sky TV, with movie and sport channels and DVD player (in the two bedroom cottage).
• 46” Flat screen TV with sky TV, with movie and sport channels and DVD player (in the three bedroom cottage).
• Broadband internet and Wi Fi.
• Both cottages have well equipped kitchens including microwave.
• Full laundry facilities available.
• Outdoor patio areas and BBQ.
• Games room with pool table and multi gym.
• Extensive sub-tropical gardens.

In addition, Milton Park offers guests the use of the outdoor naturalised swimming pond overlooking the valley. There is also a heated spa pool overlooking the swimming area and the valley beyond.

There is a games room with pool table, barbeque, several outdoor patio areas with a shade sails and ample seating. For those you would like an close up experience of country life, the chance to feed the chickens, pigs and the horse.

Milton Park is approx. 12 minute drive from the Kerikeri Airport and we have a 12 seat minibus running a pick up service for our visitors.
